October brings fall vibes. Eat these pumpkin oat waffles with a side of Greek yogurt and diced apples to get you in the fall mood — apples, pumpkin and cinnamon is the ultimate fall flavor combo!

Pumpkin Oat Waffles Pumpkin Oat Waffles -

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon canned pumpkin

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined. Cook the mix using a waffle iron. Serve with plain Greek yogurt, sliced apples and a dust of extra cinnamon.
