Sweet and Spicy Popcorn

Makes 16 cups
Ingredients
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ cup popcorn kernels
¾ teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions
- Heat coconut oil in a large pot on medium-high heat. Add one popcorn kernel. Once the kernel pops, add honey to the pan, mix and add remaining kernels.
- Once the kernels are all popped, transfer into a large bowl and sprinkle with curry, cayenne powder and salt.
