- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 10 oz. Greek yogurt (I use no sugar added strawberry)
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- *If using non-frozen berries or bananas, add ice cubes
