
I’ve been finding myself eating only cold things because of this crazy hot weather. Here’s the recipe for one of my favorite snacks that I’ve been making — it has no added sugar and it’s kid-friendly!
Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pops
Instructions:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (coconut yogurt if vegan)
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 medjool dates
- Chocolate of your choice
Instructions:
Mix yogurt, bananas, peanut butter and dates in a blender. Pour it into silicone ice cream molds and insert ice cream sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Melt the chocolate in a microwave. Remove the ice cream pops from the molds and dip them into the melted chocolate.
