Pure Komachi 2 Citrus Knife

The Pure Komachi 2 Citrus Knife is, as the name suggest, designed for citrus fruits. This brightly colored yellow knife is made from high carbon stainless steel, which is very long lasting, and also has a serrated edge, which is perfect for small citrus fruits or anything with a tougher skin.

That yellow color adds more than a fun pop of color in your kitchen. What I also love about having colored kitchen utensils is that it makes for easier to avoid cross-contamination between foods in the kitchen.

I also love that it came with a knife shield. That little safety element is key, especially when you store knives in a drawer with other utensils. This knife makes a perfect gift — it’s affordable, useful and a long lasting tool.

To test out the Pure Komachi 2 Citrus Knife, I wanted to use it with something I make very often. This Sparkling Lemonade is my favorite super simple beverage recipe and alternative to soda.
