FNCE Tweet-Up 2013

The third annual FNCE® Tweet-Up, which took place October 20 in Houston, was a wonderful opportunity for Food & Nutrition Magazine contributors, Stone Soup bloggers, Academy Spokespeople and other members of our community to meet, greet and have fun! We had some big news to share, too:

  • Food & Nutrition has begun appearing in doctors’ offices and hospital waiting rooms nationwide — and 50 million annual consumer contacts will be reading about the services and expertise of Academy members!
  • Registered dietitian nutritionists soon will be able to earn CPE credit for reading Food & Nutrition.
  • Stone Soup bloggers will have the opportunity to become recipe developers for Food & Nutrition, with the goal of having as many recipes as possible be authored by Academy members.
  • Food & Nutrition is launching a kitchen tools and gadgets review column written exclusively by Stone Soup bloggers! These tools will focus on healthy cooking and will appear in the print magazine and online.

Thank you to all our friends and colleagues who joined us in Houston. For those unable to make it this year, we hope to see you next year!
