After starring on American Idol in 2003, Kimberley modeled for Lane Bryant, became a spokesperson for Jenny Craig and appeared on a season of Celebrity Fit Club. She now runs a thriving wellness coaching business, as well as a successful entertainment company, and performs all over the country.

A long-time admirer of Food & Nutrition Magazine®, Kimberley asked me to appear in several episodes of her show to chime in on a few of the nutrition-related questions she often is asked by her clients.

In this episode, we talk about which snack foods offer a combination of macronutrients that provide longer-term satiety and stabilized energy levels, as well as tips for portion control and mindfulness in the context of snacking.
